Native Birds and Bats in Urban Environments
Initiated a community-level habitat restoration effort to support declining bird and bat populations by providing water sources, food resources, and artificial nesting habitats. The initiative successfully encouraged the return of birds and bats to the neighbourhood, leading to a gradual increase in their populations. Additionally, promoted urban biodiversity by planting native plant species that enhance habitat quality and improve the availability of natural food sources.
